Building the future of young Australians
Sydney LCP is a not-for-profit organisation established in 2006 to deliver career transition programmes under the Australian Government's Career Advice Australia initiative. This initiative ended on 31 December 2009.
In 2010, Sydney LCP continues to provide structured workplace learning opportunities to young people in the inner Sydney and eastern suburbs region. Our role is to work closely with schools, businesses and the community to ensure that young people have access to high quality workplacements, advice and training they need to successfully complete their HSC, develop work related skills and make well informed decisions about their future.

Sydney LCP operates within Sydney's inner and eastern suburbs. The Sydney LCP service region covers an area extending from Watson's Bay in the north east following the coast to Port Botany and Little Bay to the south. The region covers the Sydney CBD and surrounding inner suburbs to Leichhardt, Dulwich Hill, Lewisham and Canada Bay in the west and to Botany and Banksmeadow in the south.
The Sydney LCP Board consists of representative from the education and training business and industry sectors.
